In case of withdrawal (change of mind).
You may return the product within 60 days from the date of invoice, at your own cost, according to the price list of the courier company you choose. The product must be in excellent condition, unused and you must send us a clear and accurate copy of the original invoice of the products you intend to return by e-mail.
It is not possible to offset replacement products with those you return, and you will have to place a new order. If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, you must inform us so that we can arrange immediate collection of the product at our own expense.
It is mandatory that the product you are returning, has not been used and its packaging is in its original condition. Also, it must be placed in a packaging suitable for shipping. Finally, it must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (invoice).
In case of a defective product (DOA).
We will replace it with the same product, without further charges, provided that it is first returned to us with the purchase receipt (within 10 days) and the necessary formal inspection of the product is carried out. A prerequisite is the good condition of the product’s packaging.
If the damage has resulted from misuse of the product or poor packaging during its transport to us, we reserve the right not to replace it. In this case, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from us.
If no damage/defect is found in the product you send us, we will return it to you and you will be responsible for its shipping costs to and from us.
myPOS terminals have a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase which covers the myPOS terminal and the original accessories included in the package.
This means that within the warranty period, we can replace damaged terminals or components free of charge. The warranty does not cover cables, components, plugs power supplies, or other items other than those originally included in the myPOS package, but delivered later.
We will not be liable for any damage or defects to the myPOS terminal caused by improper use or by accident, malicious damage, danger, excessive humidity, liquid ingress, electrical overload, or other environmental conditions not normally encountered in a normal and safe working environment.
You must keep the warranty sticker on the left side of the myPOS terminal intact. Any sign of tearing or other damage to the sticker will void your warranty. In the event that your myPOS terminal has a technical defect and is not working, you have the right to return it and have it replaced within the warranty period.
For replacement, please contact us. In case you return the package with the myPOS terminal or its accessories, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible. We will not replace the myPOS terminal or accessories and you are not entitled to a refund if it is found that you have caused the defect of the returned myPOS terminal or accessories.
Shipping costs to the service are borne by the customers. If we determine that the returned myPOS terminal or its accessories are not defective and are working, we reserve the right to charge you an inspection fee of twenty (20) euros.
